Tessa Baltussen has led the Human Resources Department within Trymax since 2017. She has contributed to Trymax’s success in multiple ways, including hiring many new employees. Tessa is dedicated to creating a workplace where collaboration thrives, diversity is celebrated, and team members are empowered for organizational success. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and completed her MS in Organization Studies.
