Yu-Chin Hsu, Deputy Minister of Taiwan’s Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), explains how Taiwan built upon a 30-year foundation in semiconductor hardware to become a hub of innovation and global collaboration in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, cyber security & software, advanced manufacturing, wearable devices, and healthcare.
