With four decades of advanced lithography material experience, Brewer Science has consistently developed and delivered new and innovative materials for semiconductor manufacturing. We own the entire technical solution, from R&D design to perfecting manufacturing processes, enabling our customers to provide world-class, high-quality products. Our advanced lithography materials are focused around bottom anti-reflective coatings, multilayer systems for spin on carbons and hardmasks, and extreme ultraviolet (EUV) materials.

Brewer Science is revolutionizing wafer-level packaging with innovative bonding and debonding technologies. Our diverse set of high-performance materials allows for higher throughput, reduction in form factor, and lower cost. Our bonding and debonding solutions are designed to cover all of the major debonding methods: chemical, thermal slide, mechanical, and laser release. As back-end processing continues to grow and become more critical, we are focusing our efforts to also provide new multifunctional materials that can be used in the build-up process, and curable permanent bonding materials for low-temperature bonding, with extreme chemical resistance. We work with leading equipment vendors to provide fully automated solutions for high-volume needs.
