Our curing systems, which include YES’s flagship Verta™ family, use vacuum technology to outgas solvents thoroughly and strengthen bonds, providing superior reliability in just half the time of atmospheric cure. Our coating systems – EcoCoat™ and the automated UltraCoat™ – transform substrates by depositing a layer just one molecule thick to make the surface hydrophobic (such as for microfluidic applications), or adhesive (to hold semiconductor photoresist, optical film, or DNA for genetic sequencing). Our cleaning technologies include wet processes such as wet etch and wet clean, as well as gentle and aggressive plasma treatment. In addition, we offer systems for edge film removal, formic acid reflow, and both electroless (autocatalytic) and electrolytic plating.
