About Terence

Terence Collier is the owner and founder of CVInc in Richardson, Texas. He has been working with Advanced Packaging solutions for over 35 years in the areas of defense, consumer and the medical solutions. His activities also include test and the synergies between test, packaging and reliability. He’s currently working in the areas of 3D stacks, TGV and chiplet solutions to name a few. Terence is an alumni of the University of Illinois (UIUC).
