The 52nd International Symposium on Microelectronics is being organized by the International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS). IMAPS values “bringing together the entire microelectronics supply chain”. The IMAPS 2019 Technical Committee seeks original papers that present progress on technologies throughout the entire microelectronics/packaging supply chain. The Symposium will feature 5 technical tracks, plus an Interactive Poster Session, that span the three days of sessions. The technical programs shows great detail on each track’s schedule over the event course. More information on keynote presentations is coming soon.
Professional Development Courses are on September 30. The exhibition will be October 1-2. while the conference spreads from October 1-3.
