We welcome you to the 2021 Electronics Packaging Symposium. We missed you last year due to COVID, but we are back and hope that you will join us this year in a virtual stage. Although this will be a virtual event, all speakers will be presenting live and you will have a chance to interact with our speakers after their talks. A special event being held will be a panel session focusing on the DoD needs in electronics packaging.
Part of the attraction of this event has always been the student posters, this is a chance for our students to showcase their research towards advancing the field of electronics packaging. We will be using a new platform that would allow this to happen this year. Look forward to it.
