With inclusion and diversity (I&D) part of our company’s core values, our commitment to I&D influences areas ranging from recruitment practices to benefits offerings to our company policies. Our I&D strategy focuses on three core pillars: fostering inclusion, increasing diversity, and sharing our progress. We actively promote I&D in the global STEM pipeline—from elementary schools to universities and professional organizations.

In 2022, we asked every leader to set an inclusion goal as part of their performance and development plan, and we formally cascaded inclusion goals to 100% of our people managers and have continued to promote the goals to new managers. Additionally, we rolled out additional executive and people manager training to further build and activate habits of inclusion in our leaders’ interactions with their teams. This expansion of our I&D training builds on our workforce’s I&D education and understanding, and encourages deeper conversation, creating change throughout our organization.
