TEL has been an active leader in sustainability worldwide for many years. Actively working to reduce their GHG as well as reducing the water consumption of their Semiconductor equipment systems. For their work in water conservation, they made the CDP A list for water in 2021, and received a B rating for TEL is also included in the Asia DJSI, and TEL has won multiple other recognitions for their sustainability actions. TEL is one of the few Semiconductor equipment companies to report on GHG gases used in the production of Semiconductors. TEL has also made a significant commitment to using renewables ramping up from 2% in 2020 to 60% in 2021 to go along with their goal of 100% renewables by 2030. TEL has also managed to reduce their scope 2 CO2 numbers by 70% when compared to 2018 numbers.
