Anemoi Thermal Solver

The team at Anemoi Software launched a new thermal modeling tool, named Anemoi Thermal Solver, that makes building thermal models easy, fun, and highly useful for densely placed microelectronics heat transfer modeling. Users of the tool don't have to be experts in thermal modeling to quickly put together advanced thermal models to check what are the trends in thermal performance for different 3D component placements, easily substitute low-cost materials and check the thermal impact, make an estimate of the degradation in long term reliability due to high heat dissipation for any component in the model for any 3D arrangement, or run many parameterized "what if" scenarios. This will reduce over designing products and therefore reduce product cost while minimizing risk due to overheating. Users have no barriers to quickly explore many advanced package architectures with limited information since the user interface is intuitive and versatile.
