Smoltek has appointed Boucher-Lensch Associates LLC (BLA) as financial advisor for its $7 million financing round for the commercialization phase of its unique nanotechnology. BLA provides strategic and financial advisory services to public and private technology companies in the advanced materials and electronics industries.
The nanotech company Smoltek is now ready to start its A-round financing. To raise the targeted $7 million, the private investment bank Boucher-Lensch Associates LLC was chosen as financial adviser. Their experience in the semiconductor and advanced materials industries makes them the best possible partner to fit Smoltek’s needs. “BLA has unique knowledge and relationships in the semiconductor and advanced materials industries and a successful transaction track record. We look forward to partnering with them in this important project for Smoltek’s next phase.” says Anders Johansson, CEO of Smoltek.
The nanotechnologies company Smoltek was founded in 2005 in Gothenburg, Sweden, and connects basic nanotech research to Semiconductor Advanced Packaging applications in order to support the next wave of electronics’ miniaturization. Smoltek’s innovative research has resulted in proof of controlled growth of conductive nanostructures below 390°C meeting the basic industrial processing window. This has put the company in a unique position as a natural hub between leading research institutes and the industry.
