SANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 7, 2022 – Promex Industries, a Silicon Valley-based provider of advanced design, packaging and microelectronics assembly services, today announced the addition of Vice President of Business Development, Michael Nilan, who will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth in the medical technology and biotechnology industries.

Nilan is a highly accomplished senior executive with 30-plus years’ experience in global sales and business development, specializing in medical device and biotechnology industries. He excels at international relationship building, customer service and strategic partnerships to bring new products, technologies and processes to market in a timely fashion.

Most recently, Nilan’s extensive experience includes managing within a variety of technical business leadership roles, including his most recent position at Biomerics as business development manager, where he led sales for the advanced catheter division. Prior to that, Nilan served as a business development and sales contractor for Strategic Shores Consulting, managing interest between the US and APAC for various life sciences companies. His roster also includes time at Abbott in cardiac rhythm management, Microbiologics, Rochestor Medical Corporation and Schering-Plough, among others.
