Job Opening: Semiconductor Process Engineer (Plating)

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or
    equivalent prior experience in semiconductor metal plating
  • Understanding of semiconductor processes

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead and carry out demonstrations of new products and process flows
  • Execute on engineering plans
  • Evaluate and document new product flows and unit processes
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Maintain accurate documentation of wafer/lot processing
  • Interface with customers and all levels of management
  • Support day-to-day operations and equipment maintenance
  • Maintain a safe work environment
    (may include housekeeping, labeling, and proper disposal of waste)

  • Knowledge of project planning , design of experiment, and scheduling
  • Able to generate reports and present orally at meetings
  • Able to use Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements/Restrictions

Must be able to:

  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Lift 2-35 lbs. lot boxes
  • Walk long distances
  • Wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear

Other Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible hours based on company needs
