The Trillion Sensors (TSensors) Summit was formed in Silicon Valley in 2013 to accelerate development of sensors supporting Abundance. TSensors Summit Munich follows successful 2013 Summits at the University of California (Berkeley) and Stanford University, and a 2014 Summit in Tokyo. Additional Summits are scheduled in San Diego (November 12‐13) and Tokyo (December 8‐9) with plans for 2015 Summits in Abu Dhabi, China and United States.

Franz Josef Pschierer, State Secretary in the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology, and Ernst Ulrich von Weizsaecker, The Club of Rome, will deliver keynote talks at TSensors Summit in Munich

The three‐day TSensors Summit in Munich will provide its participants with an opportunity to obtain first‐hand information on the major growth opportunities for all types of sensors. The venue, set in beautiful Munich, has been designed to provide extensive networking opportunities for the attendees and the ability to meet and share information with the people who will play a major role in the creation of the Trillion Sensor Universe.

The technical program will feature over forty of the world’s leading sensor visionaries who will present their findings on rapidly emerging high‐volume sensor applications. Speakers and attendees will represent visionaries, developers, and decision makers from global academia, Governments, non‐profits and for‐profit companies involved in development and commercialization of sensor based systems, providing a rich networking experience to all attendees. Presentations will cover a broad range of evolving ultrahigh volume sensor applications, including:

  • Mobile and wearable market
  • Digital health
  • Smart home
  • Automotive
  • 3D Printed sensor systems
  • Network infrastructure for trillion sensors
