Accomplishment
In 2022, we redesigned our flagship Heatpulse rapid thermal processing (RTP) platform to address increasing market demand for power devices, establish a new supply chain with more readily available parts, and to fulfill our commitment to our customers to deliver improved system reliability and performance. The new Heatpulse accommodates multiple wafer sizes, has upgraded robotics and our best-in-class control system software, Cortex. It also enables our existing customers to upgrade their already-installed Heatpulse system to keep processes in place without needing to source alternative remanufacturing options.
Last year, we opened our European regional headquarters in Grenoble to better serve our customers in the EMEA markets, and 2022 marked our 11th consecutive year winning the TechInsights Customer Satisfaction Survey award. We continuously strive to improve our customers’ experience through our service and technology advancements and anticipate another year of record growth.
