Chosen and trusted by the biggest names in semi, life science and AR/VR, YES combined its 40+ years of surface chemistry expertise with the energy & momentum of a new management team and found a way to thrive, not just survive, in 2020. Despite the many challenges posed by the pandemic, the dedicated team didn’t miss a beat: everyone at YES pitched in, stayed safe and kept production going around the clock to deliver for customers. The company forged several partnerships to bring in new regions and new technologies, including adding Deca’s Rapid Cure to its product line. It even relocated mid-year, without interruption, to a state-of-the-art Silicon Valley facility to be closer to key customers and the talent required to support its rapid growth. It opened an office in Taiwan and is now starting Asia-based manufacturing. The company’s revenues grew >70% last year, and 2021 looks even more exciting.
