For the fourth-consecutive year, Impress Lounge will host the 3D InCites Awards ceremony where innovators will be recognized for their contributions to the advancement of 3D integration and related technologies, including advanced fan-out wafer-level packaging and 3D systems integration.
All nominees and their guests are invited to attend this year’s ceremony, followed by the SEMICON West After-party at the Impress Lounge. Leslie Tugman, SEMI Foundation, will be the keynote speaker, and will share SEMi High Tech U success stories, as well as explain the ways your company can become involved with the program.
Once again this year, thanks to the generosity of our Platinum Sponsor, KLA-Tencor; and Silver Sponsors, Amkor Technology, Inc., and Yole Développement, we will be awarding a $2500 college scholarship to a graduate of the SEMI High Tech U program who has decided to pursue a career in as STEM-related field.
